Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Metropolitan your role will be critical in providing datadriven guidance for strategic decisionmaking and optimizing our real estate operations in the competitive real estate market.

Tasks

What you will do:

Market Analysis:

Conduct indepth analysis of the real estate market including market trends competition and pricing strategies.

Gather and analyze market data to identify potential investment opportunities and market segments.

Marketing Campaign Analysis:

Develop and execute marketing campaign performance analysis including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies based on campaign data.

ROI Analysis:

Calculate and assess the return on investment (ROI) for various real estate projects and investments.

Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate the financial viability of potential projects.

Leads Analysis:

Analyze lead generation efforts to identify highconverting lead sources and areas for improvement.

Create and maintain lead conversion dashboards and reports.

Agent Performance Analysis:

Evaluate the performance of real estate agents and brokers tracking metrics such as sales listings and client satisfaction.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve agent performance and productivity.

Data Visualization:

Utilize Power BI to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports.

Ensure that data is presented in a userfriendly and easily understandable manner for stakeholders.

Data Cleaning and Management:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the real estate data by cleaning organizing and maintaining databases.

Implement data quality checks and processes to minimize errors.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing finance and operations to provide datadriven insights and support decisionmaking.

Continuous Learning:

Stay uptodate with industry trends data analysis techniques and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Compliance and Data Security:

Ensure that data handling and analysis comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Report Generation:

Generate regular and adhoc reports to update management on key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Statistics Business or Real Estate.

Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a must.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Russian language is preferred.

Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics particularly in Dubai is a plus.

Experience in data analysis preferably in the real estate sector is desirable.
