Customer Success Management

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Azure or Microsoft 365 platform
  
• Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
  
  
• Preferred Qualifications:





• Bachelor's degree
  
• Microsoft Certifications are preferred (AZ-900, MS-900,PL-900,MB-910,MB-920,SC-900,AI-900).
  
• Proficiency in infrastructure strategy (Hybrid, Public, Private, Converged, Hyper-Converged)
  
• Familiarity with security concepts such as IPS, IDS, Access Control List, GPs, and Firewalls.
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365 portal and Microsoft suscriptions
  
• Experience with Microsoft terms.
  
• Knowledge of databases: MySQL, SQL, and Cosmos DB.
  
• Experience with OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Defender Series.
  
• Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
