Primary Care Physician
Winter Haven, FL

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians who are passionate and caring, want to practice medicine the way it should be: small panel sizes, a dedicated team behind you, limited appointments a day, innovative technology, value-based focus, and many other enriching approaches.
The incoming Primary Care Physician will be comfortable taking care of a Geriatric patient load. Our practice is 100% outpatient with office hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. New grads welcomed to apply!

Responsibilities for the Primary Care Physician
- Seeing maximum 15-17 patients per day
- Call 1:7 by phone
- Experience with Medicare advantage a plus
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to better access patients risk factors
Requirements of the Primary Care Physician
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine Physician w/ Fellowship highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Area of Critical Need (ACN) Physician, General Practitioner accepted
Proven experience as a Physician Board eligible or Board certified Active Medical License
