We are looking for a Bar back for our client located in Memphis, TN. The shift is 8 am - 4 pm, weekend availability is required. Starting pay is $15 an hour.

Restocking liquor bottles and changing out kegs.

Learning cocktail recipes as well as other menu options.

Cleaning bar and table surfaces before, after, and throughout the shift.

Wiping down chairs and any other areas as needed.

Removing and disposing of bags from trash cans in and around the bar area.

Removing used glassware as well as other utensils from customers table during their stay.

Sweeping and mopping in and around bar service areas, also in customer common areas.

Answering customer questions and escalating customer complaints to the appropriate staff member.

Assisting bartenders with taking customer orders and processing orders in the point-of-sale system as needed.

Stocking bar items as needed (this may include restocking for bar opening or closing).

Ensuring that taps, coolers, and other appliances like blenders or coffee makers are working properly; troubleshooting simple malfunctions as needed.
