We are on a mission to continue our growth and as a result, we are hiring a Recruiter to support our clients in North America! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic

Below is a list of duties:

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
  
• Partner with your Sales & Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market
  
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  
• Perform various customer service related activities
  
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations

Territory Candidate Pool Development:

• Identify potential candidates with through research, referrals, networking and cold calling (100 calls/day minimum).
  
• Initiate relationships with prospective candidates by researching industry and organizations and connecting with key
  
• Present information related to recruiting and staffing opportunities and utilize recruiting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive
  
• Plan and prioritize activities based on

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, economics or related
  
• Understanding the sales process and
  
• A commitment to excellent customer
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and
  
• Experience using computers for a variety of
  
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and
