Looking for a Customer Service Executive in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Respond to incoming clients' inquiries
- Offer outstanding customer services to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
- Handle service delivery aligned to customer needs as well as business objectives
- Respond to all incoming calls in a proper manner
- Maintain secure, efficient and accurate records of clients
- Reply to inquiries from clients or patients virtually via email, social media and solve any issues
