JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Goal setting for the team
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals
- Keep track of progress in terms of KPIs
- Maintain the high standard of servicing
- Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
- Educating clients about various insurance policies
- Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
- Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage
