This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer cum front office located in Dubai. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This includes resolving customer support issues, maintaining communication with clients, and analysing customer feedback to continually improve our services.
Prefer lady staff for the role.
