- Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple production streams
- Determine resources (human equipment raw materials) needed to cover the production demands
- Plan and prioritize operations to avoid delays and optimize performance
- Assign staff to production operations in collaboration with managers
- Develop production schedules and shifts and monitor job to ensure timely delivery
- Alert on potential issues and gather output information and results
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Technical bachelor degree in production planning / 8 years of experience Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Coordinate customer property in Abu Dhabi with TFMC customers
- Releases orders into production per Production Schedule or as requested
- Print drawings Routing and other related materials to create production order packet for the floor or shipping packet for outside service operations
- Monitors WIP in the area of responsibility to ensure adherence to the schedule and transaction accuracy. Provides status reports of WIP to appropriate parties to support progress updates
- Coordinates purchase orders for outside service operations
- Reviews production needs of Assembly or Manufacturing and determines priorities of action needed for unscheduled work
- Assists with expediting the material movement of critical path materials and updates progress of WIP Production Orders
- Works with Engineering to ensure that routings are appropriate for work to be done
- Assists in preparing Capacity Load files for the area as well as to ensure proper resources (manpower and machine tools) are available to support WIP specially for emergency or unplanned releases
- Supervises and directs the other work of asset coordinators and WST technicians for the repair and preparation of assets and shipment coordinator to customers
- Technical diploma or Degree
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- Required knowledge of business systems SAP InteServ and ServiceMax
- 23 Years of Surface Wellhead experience in installations or MMR
- Able to use MS Office and computer
- Operates with minimal supervision must adhere to and support order release policies. Must be proactive in determining source of problems corrective actions & providing feedback. Research and gather data in ERP system for various reports and data request
- Able to work varible scheulde and operate on call in a fast paced dynamic environment
