University degree in marketing, business administration, data science or related field.
Deep understanding of data analysis principles and use of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Ability to understand and interpret customer behavior and needs through data analysis and reports.
Excellent communication skills to transform data into useful insights and provide effective recommendations.
Ability to develop customer experience improvement strategies based on insights gained.
