We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Riyadh Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Care Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations working closely with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
