CSCCMaterial Manager

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of schedulers tasked with scheduling detailed activities below/within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  
  

Areas of influence include:

• Engineering Release scheduling in support of parts value chain
• Material lead time analysis
• Schedule alignment of material procurement activities (Design, Procure, Receive, and Use)
• Change schedule integration, coordination, and commitment (engineering/program changes)
• Coordinate with supplier management and engineering on development of SSOWs, SDRLs, and EVM flow down requirements
  
  

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience working on multiple projects/programs of various size and complexity
• 5+ years of experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional teaming environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
• 5+ years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications
• 5+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
