Responsibilities
- Working with the CRM team, you will support the delivery of the CRM strategy
- Support the CRM Manager to define clear roadmaps for optimization, test and lean and ensuring that campaigns are fit for purpose
- Work with the data and analytics team to understand how the CRM programme is performing
- Build, test and execute campaigns across multiple channels
- Strive to understand the capability of the CRM tool braze, to drive innovation and efficiency
Experience
- 1+yrs experience in CRM/ Email Marketing
- Knowelde of CRM and direct marketing principles and the end-to-end delivery process for targeted campaigns
- Experience using a CRM tool, braze would be preferred
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Positive, can do attitude, with a problem solver approach to challenges
