Job Description
Education and Training: Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field preferred. Specialized courses in credit management or financial analysis may also be beneficial.
Credit Knowledge: A deep understanding of credit management principles, financial evaluation, loan operations, and financial risk policies.
Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and provide accurate financial reports and recommendations based on analytics.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external parties to provide necessary guidance and support.
