- Lead and manage the creative department, including art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and traffic managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Report and collaborate closely with the Creative Studio Director to align creative strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the development of visual assets, including branding materials, digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
