- Being the focal point of contact for the Design and Development (D&D), developing strong, positive relationships with local RSNF Surveillance, management teams and delivery staff to ensure a truly partnered approach is maintained during the development and deployment of training material.
- Managing the design and development of training material and ensure that any solutions deployed are in compliance with the Company’s Engineering & Assurance Functional Governance Manual.
- Managing a controlled environment to ensure that all engineering and assurance risks associated with meeting Customer contractual training requirements are managed within the timescales, quality standards and budgets set for the NOT Contract.
