Responsibilities:

• Launching our new office in KSA and developing the team and operations
• Overseeing the country operations and our business in Saudi to ensure the desired results are produced and are consistent with our overall strategy and mission
• Daytoday management of operations planning and resources of the unit
• Accountable for all productions including MICE EVENTS INCENTIVES and more
• Resolving any country operations issues quickly
• Driving the team to deliver to the highest operational standards

Requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple teams on multiple projects at the same time
• At least 5 years of experience in people and resource management in the event space
• Good knowledge of the corporate event industry in Saudi specifically
• Strong complex event production experience in all areas
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• High resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Highly organized and methodical in process and protocol
• Welldeveloped problemsolving skills both technically as well as on the people side

Nice to have:

• Any additional languages

• Pharma industry experience
• Large event production
