Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the country.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions in collaboration with CEO MT-Bytes to meet their requirements.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Operations Management:

Oversee all operational activities within the country, including project management and project completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
