- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or any other engineering discipline
- Minimum of 17 (Seventeen) years of experience in the field of cost management /quantity surveying
- Minimum of 10 (Ten) years of experience in a professional cost management / quantity surveying practice working for a consultant/developer
- Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Professional certification such as MRICS/RICS/CCP
