Prepare estimates for all building, civil, MEP facilities and assist the CPO in resource, cost mapping of schedule activities and evaluation of rates, build and maintain cost database.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
• Prepare cost estimates in verification of Contractor's estimates
• Provide support in verification of interim payments
• Carryout sensitivity analysis of program resourcing issues in support of project controls activities
• Prepare estimates for the assessment of change both in terms of cost and resources
• Provide assistance in resource loading of schedules as required by planning and contracts teams for interim payment
progress assessments.
