About the Company :

We have 30+ years of experience in the retail industry. We have partnered with various Brands across the globe in different verticals and our current retail portfolio includes Swarovski, ASICS, Skechers and Levis. We have been the primary retail partners for Swarovski for South India and have 9 stores spread across different cities. We have partnered with Sports lifestyle brands, ASICS and Skechers and currently have 7 stores spread across East India. We have partnered with Levis as a master franchisee with a plan of opening 10+ stores in 2023. With a portfolio of 25+ stores across India, we are looking to expand and grow our business presence across India. Our sister companies have relationships with several luxury brands and have a presence in 40+ retail locations.


Job Description :

We are looking for a candidate to handle our portfolio of 9 Swarovski stores across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. He will be expected to communicate with the brand from time to time as well.


Areas of Responsibility :

Training of Employees on brand and product knowledge

Ensure brand grooming standards are adhered to

Ordering and merchandising responsibilities

Efficient inventory management with monthly stock transfers across stores

Weekly reviews of sales performance and KPIs

Execution of performance improvement programs and performance development programs

Store Stock Auditing and interfacing with external audit agencies

Interfacing with accounts team to solve possible business hurdles

Find opportunities for business expansion

Talk and negotiate with mall management as per business needs

Hiring of store managers and sales executives



Benefits

Qualifications and Skills :

Graduate Degree holder

Good at communication - both written and verbal

Proficient in Excel

Previous leadership experience



3-5 years of retail sales required; retail management experience and a college degree preferred Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Experience with interviewing, hiring and evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products in order to perform and cover all work floor duties Able to give clear directions and set expectations for staff Demonstrated ability to lead by example
