To check menu pricing, ensuring that all menu items are accurate and portion sizes consistent.
Check all requisition posted by each department / unit.
To checks for Cash & selling items of F&B outlets as per policy.
Check monthly inventories for F&B outlets and Kitchen.
Do Monthly inventory of Stores.
To prepare monthly F&B cost report and month-end reports
To prepare monthly wastage report department wise.
