- Gediplomeerd HVK of gelijkwaardige internationale bachelor.
- 10+ jaar ervaring in de genoemde en voor Siemens Nederland relevante werkgebieden in de industrie, machinebouw, bouw en/of energietechniek.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring in een managementrol.
- Kennis van relevante methodieken en standaards (RI&E, ISO, VCA** etc..).
- Uitstekende communicatieve eigenschappen in Nederlands en Engels.
