Job Description

- Establish and manage the Public Affairs Roadmap for KSA in alignment with MENA by coordinating the Public and Regulatory Affairs as part of the Issues Round Table to ensure the delivery of the road map action plan.
- Develop and maintain proactive engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders to strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Represent Nestle in Industry Associations and drive across-industry initiatives to ensure Nestle is a proactive participant in all government stakeholder engagements.
- Lead external outreach and manage stakeholder requests for the Nestle in Society report. Train and Coach Company Representatives (General Business Manager, Regulatory, Technical, Business Units) to convey Nestle in Society Report communication.
- Lead the KSA rollout of the Creating Shared Value Program as part of the CSV Strategy. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships for the Nestle Healthy Kids - Ajyal Salima in key countries.
- Identify Key Stakeholders in the Region and consolidate the Corporate Contacts database.
- Develop and execute internal communication plan and support the country leadership team in building active communication platform that support the Nestlé NSA objectives and culture
- Guide the initiation and implementation of Corporate and Brand CSV projects and ensure the alignment with the Corporate CSV Strategy.
- What Will Make You Successful
- Strong language skills in English and local language(s)
- Strong public and corporate affairs track-record (8– 10 years)
- Experience of not-for-profit organizations
- Experience of media relations management or communication
- Experience of managing community projects
- Experience in nutrition and environmental sustainability desirable
- Crisis management and change management experience desirable
- Digital communications and online publishing tools
- Good understanding of national regulations, policies and direction
- Project Management qualifications desirable
- Managing key internal & external stakeholders (Government authorities; NGOs; Regulators; Trade and Industry Associations; Academic Key Opinion Leaders; Professionals e.g. Health Care; Communities; Consumer Bodies; PR Agencies)
