Marisa Peer a globally recognized brand synonymous with transformation and empowerment is expanding its offerings to include cuttingedge corporate wellness solutions. With a commitment to enhancing wellbeing and performance we are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to lead our journey into the corporate wellness market.

This position is remotebased in Dubai UAE but covers outreach and business development activities across Dubai and more widely the GCC region.

The Company and Role
As we venture into corporate wellness we are looking for a dynamic individual reporting to the Chairman of the company to drive our growth strategy establish partnerships and deliver impactful wellness solutions to organisations. Ideally you have experience working with government departments in the GCC area and can bring this expertise to the position.

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate wellness initiatives building relationships with key stakeholders and overseeing contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plans to position the Marisa Peer brand as a leading provider of corporate wellness solutions in Dubai and more widely the GCC region.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target industries market segments and potential clients for corporate wellness programs aligning with our brand values and mission.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decisionmakers HR professionals and wellness champions in target organisations and government departments to understand their wellness needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Marisa Peers methodologies.
  • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients ensuring alignment on terms pricing and deliverables and overseeing the documentation management process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development marketing and operations to customise wellness offerings and ensure seamless delivery to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements in corporate wellness leveraging insights to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the Marisa Peer brand at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise in corporate wellness and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance pipeline activity contract status and market trends to senior management contributing to informed decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development sales or account management roles with experience in contract negotiations and documentation management.
  • Familiarity with the corporate wellness landscape and a passion for promoting wellbeing and performance in the workplace.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts including drafting reviewing and finalising agreements with clients.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach to identifying opportunities solving problems and driving initiatives forward.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting collaborating with crossfunctional teams and adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required
