Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day Service Centre operations in an efficient manner.
Register enquiry from the call centre and verify customer details in the ERP System NAV.
Coordinate job orders with the technical team to ensure timely completion.
Support and address in timely manner technical team queries during the works on site.
Ensure jobs orders payments are collected from customers and reported to the Service Centre Manager/Supervisor.
Respond to and escalate customers’ enquiries promptly.
Act as helpdesk to assist Service Centre employees on HR and Admin matters.
