MajorAccountabilities Of Position:
Provide advice to the project on aspects relating tolegal and commercial transactions. Formulation preparation and issue of siteworks tenders. Negotiate Contracts with Contractors with acceptable commercialrisk in accordance with Company and Client Policy. Ensure thatcontracts/subcontracts are let with acceptable commercial risks andalso in accordance with Company and Client policy. Administer site works contractsthroughout the course of the Project.
