Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English; both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five to ten years of experience in international contract formation, negotiation and contract management during execution.
- Experience with dispute resolution, claims management, contracting, procurement, supply chain management, and commercial legal experience.
- Experience with LNG or complex high value construction projects preferred.
- Experience with day-to-day management of high-volume contract-related inquiries and change management.
- Experience in EPC contracting and familiarity with various contract delivery methods such as LSTK, GMP, Cost-Plus, etc.
