- Ensure proper planning coordination and implementation of the contract functions on the Projects including contract formation prequalification tendering award administration and variations claims avoidance assessment and analysis Establish the pre-qualification and approval of tenderers to identify financially and technically sound companies acceptable to the Client Oversee the scheduling of pre-bids of meetings and follow for answers to questions for bidders distribute Addenda etc during the tendering period
