What ACES is Looking For

ACES is looking for a Contract Officer to join our Finance Department in the Tabuk Branch KSA.

Job Summary:

Assist in review of pricing process contracts and payments and keep data hard copies in and OMS contacts the clients to followup issues and verify the invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in offers pricing process.
• In coordination with Department Managers review the Terms of Payment in all ACES Offers in accordance with ACES Sales Policies.
• Assist the Department Managers/Section Heads in review of Contracts/Purchase Orders for compliance with ACES offers.
• Log in OMS all reviewed confirmations/orders for further reference and order processing.
• Maintain the original contracts and confirmations of contracts and other related documents (change orders amendments etc.).
• Contact the Clients in a case of lack of Clients confirmation for particular service required and ensure that no job is proceed without proper contractual agreement or advance payment arrangement when required.
• Coordinate the issue and verification of all invoices and monthly group invoices for site labs.
• Verify the Invoices of all technical departments.
• In coordination with Financial Department Manager/Accounting Section Head assist the Clients on any clarifications regarding invoices or any other related contractual financial matters.
• Any duties or responsibilities assigned by the management.

This position will directly report to the Finance Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• 48 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Contracts.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & and Arabic orally and in writing.
• Requires strong interpersonal skills in communication.
• Ability to prepare analyze and interpret complex data.
• Ability to exhibit good internal employee service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Teamwork skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong ethics and reliability
