Construction Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing field installation, piping, and rotating equipment works to ensure projects adhere to engineering drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily mechanical and piping construction crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain alignment with master schedules and budgets.

- Oversee the erection and alignment of static and rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes according to P&IDs and isometrics.

- Manage subcontractors efficiently to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.

- Coordinate pre-commissioning and start-up activities to facilitate the smooth operation of equipment and systems.

- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee work meets all necessary requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision within the Oil and Gas industry.

- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.

- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
