• Manages subcontractors by locating evaluating and selecting contractors.
  
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
  
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
  
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
  
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
  
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with and enforcing codes.
  
• Maintains a safe secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines standards and procedures.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
  
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
  
• Great time management and problemsolving skills
