Construction Manager - NSR Associates

The Role

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Lead Contractors on site execution team. Lead and manage all subcontractors work. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects clients suppliers and subcontractors. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Select contract and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. Procure supplies and materials to complete construction projects. Develop and implement quality control programs. Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site. Liaise with supervisory personnel owners contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures complaints and construction problems. Investigate damage accidents or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience working in a renowned Contractor Ideally 5 years UAE exposure or GCC would also suffice. Strong English writing/communication skills preferred. If you feel the above is of interest and your experience would be suitable then please apply now.
