- Lead and direct the project and organize the site activities in various sections through the section head engineers to ensure deliverable on time and within the budget.
- Manage and support the material handling and storage in site.
- Ensure all the proper means of control are implemented regarding site employees’ attendance and overtime, procurement, stores, accommodation and equipment utilization.
- Ensure Strong Control for Direct staff allocation and get the required targets
- Establish and mobilize the original layout for the Site’s offices, stores, workshops and mobile equipment roads and fixed equipment locations. (For example; tower cranes.)
