- A construction assistant works with his/her superiors to oversee the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of building construction and renovation projects.
- He/she provides support to construction project managers and helps them with clerical and operational tasks.
- In other words, a construction assistant uses project management skills and communication to coordinate a project by identifying client needs and organizing them into an actionable plan while also identifying budget requirements.
