Compensations and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a C&B Specialist to join our HR team in Dubai and support compensation benefits and C&B analytics across the company. You will work closely with HR Finance and managers to ensure competitive fair and data-driven compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day compensation and benefits processes.

• Support salary reviews promotions bonuses allowances and other compensation changes.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market pricing for new and existing positions.

• Prepare compensation and headcount budget calculations forecasts and budget vs. actual analysis.

• Calculate and validate variable compensation and bonus payments.

• Support the development and improvement of compensation and incentive schemes.

• Manage and benchmark employee benefits and coordinate with external providers.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc C&B reports and analytics.

• Maintain C&B dashboards and ensure data accuracy.

• Support automation and optimization of C&B processes and HR systems.

• Ensure compensation practices are aligned with company policies grading structures and UAE requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in C&B Total Rewards HR Analytics or a related field.

• Strong understanding of compensation structures salary benchmarking bonuses and benefits.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Experience with budgeting and personnel cost analysis.

• Good understanding of UAE compensation and employment practices.

• English B2.

• High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech financial services trading or an international company.

• Experience with multinational compensation structures.

• Experience with HRIS or C&B automation.
