Job Description
Educational and training qualifications: Diploma or technical certificate in the field of communications or information technology. Professional certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Networking Certification) or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
Repair and Maintenance Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair problems with networks and communications systems, including wiring, hardware, and software.
Deep technical understanding: Good knowledge of protocols and technologies used in networks such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
