- Lead on local customer understanding, market trends, competition, insights by being regularly in-touch with the market and sharing with the relevant Local and Global team members.
- Follow up on copywriters in Arabic & English for e-commerce and online communication.
- Educate and enforce brand standards internally to maintain consistency of brand, editorial tone, and style.
- Develop creative briefs for the internal creative team and external agencies to give clear directions for deliverables.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects Patchi’s brand identity.
- Engage with fans and followers to build relationships with the communities and encourage engagement.
