Los Angeles-based client is seeking a temporary Senior Accountant to assist with the accounting operations of the organization. This is an on-site position with an hourly pay rate between $28-$34, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately review and prove AP batches
- Provide support for the Controller with auditing existing assets of fixed asset activity and report any discrepancies
- Prepare, review and post journal entries
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements
- Perform bank statement and AP vendor reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using NorthStar software is a plus
- Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
