Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd 11th Floor Tower B Zahran Business Center Prince Sultan Street Salamah District Jeddah Saudi Arabia Establish overall commercial platform for the cluster maintain adequate operation rhythm for the function in close collaboration with other stakeholders such as sales installation service legal and finance.
- Manage commercial aspects of the operations including contractual scheduling billing labor analysis of costs
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans and programs to support sales and profitability related objectives of the company
- Establish strategic commercial plans for the company services and products setting them to achieve desired goals
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the financial guidelines and ensure that the company sales practices are in compliance with them
- Guide the preparation of the commercial activities reports and present them to management
