Commercial Manager

• Identify, target, and establish partnerships and collaborations with cooperatives and food retail centers to expand our market presence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth prospects.
• Oversee daily operations within the food and beverage division, which includes a centralized kitchen and restaurant chains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely product delivery to partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial management, business development, and supply chain management within the food and beverage industry.
