Job Description
To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are adhered to at all times.
To assist the Duty manager in the checking of VIP arrival apartments and the meeting and escorting of arriving residents.
To ensure that the residence s health and safety and security policies are implemented and correctly adhered to at all times.
To ensure all guest complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
To build rapport with residents and guests and maintain interaction in order to update the guest history profiles.
To manage the Jumeirah loyalty program Sirius and inquiries and review and conduct necessary training.
