Commercial Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in commercial management within the shipping line.
• Strong knowledge of Red Sea and Gulf trade routes and market dynamics.
• Experience in managing import and export shipment freight pricing and vessel space control.
• Ability to develop and implement service product development and P&L study
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in conducting market studies and cargo mix analysis.
• Strong leadership and Commercial management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with global tender pricing and submission processes.
