Job Title: IT Cyber Security Director

Location: Cleveland, OH ( 100% onsite)

The Director of Cyber Security will be responsible for an enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management You will provide the leadership necessary to manage the risk to the organization and will ensure business alignment, effective governance, system availability, data integrity, and meet all compliance and regulatory

Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans and procedures for effectively managing the information security operations. Measure the results
Approve and assign projects and tasks to Information Security Analysts that are designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information technology
Supervise, train and assess the performance of the staff responsible for the firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other systems that are designed to protect the network and data from unauthorized access and
Manage the equipment, licenses and services including budget projections for all hardware and software used by the cyber security
Lead technical analysis on investigations, assessments, and compliance-based
Conduct regular security assessments on announced vulnerabilities to determine their level of impact on company Work with IT Operations and Development teams to develop plans to address any
Evaluate new cybersecurity threats and IT trends and develops effective security

Requirements
5+ yrs proven experience in security protocols round commercial software development and marketplace deployment
Technical skills such as firewall administration, Cloud security (Azure, O365), network ACLs, VLANs, data protection products (backups, SNAPs).
Incidence response planning and execution, including leading table-top exercises with corporate and divisional departments and
Staff supervision, project management and communications
Forensic and/or investigation methodology including evidence acquisition, processing, and
Ability to communicate relevant risks and mitigation options in both written and verbal form
Experience with multi-location enterprises with distributed personnel and endpoints
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
