Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Develop and implement a commercial banking marketing business plan; Corporate customer base management; Provide advice and guidance to clients and support internal colleagues to maximize potential sales opportunities; Achieving financial goals for the specified category and ensuring customer satisfaction levels are achieved
Revenue Generation Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a commercial banking marketing business plan to target the corporate client base in the UAE and manage corporate clients from a working capital perspective to achieve agreed financial targets. Collaborate with Treasury, Regulated Trading, Investment Banking and Operations to realize potential sales opportunities and ensure customer service levels are achieved
customers service:
Communicate with clients and advise on complex commercial banking solutions; New solutions, developments and emerging opportunities; Resolve/escalate problems/serious issues and sell other products to ensure their current and future needs are adequately met and served
Product training:
Providing skills, knowledge and training in commercial banking solutions to support corporate relationship managers in increasing sales of commercial banking solutions
Policies, processes, systems and procedures:
Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, regulator procedures and guidelines so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required level of service to customers and stakeholders

Self-management in accordance with the Bank’s employee management policies, procedures and processes to ensure commitment and achieve maximum contribution to business performance
