Job Description

- Calling defaulters,
- Issuing remedy/legal notices,
- Ensuring accuracy of Arabic translation of customer contact details
- Couriering these notices,
- Obtaining delivery of shipment receipts,
- Sending these courier shipments to settlement and termination team.
- Updating customer log in the system
Job Qualification:
- Good with customer interaction
- Have worked in a financial institution.
- Knows how to read contracts.
- Experience with the Remedial, Termination and settlement function in Customer Care.
