Client Project Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

§ Proven experience as a Senior Projects Manager in luxury hotel and Ultra Luxury villas construction, preferably with offshore projects experience.

§ Strong knowledge of FIDIC, construction management processes, techniques, and best practices.

§ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

§ Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging offshore environment.

Minimum Experience

§ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

§ Proven experience in project management, preferably in luxury hotel and villa construction or offshore projects.

§ Familiarity with construction management processes, techniques, and best practices.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
