- A university degree is preferable but not essential.
- A good degree of competence with MS Office.
- A good knowledge of how job boards and LinkedIn work.
Skills Required
- 2+ years experience working in an Account Management role.
- Experience managing stakeholders with high expectations.
- Experience in meeting senior level individuals face to face and building strong client relationships.
- Experience in a Talent Acquisition or Resourcing role previously would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of how to conduct complex Boolean searches would be advantageous.
- Experience interviewing candidates over telephone, video call or in-person.
- A strong negotiator, particularly when it comes to discussing financials.
