Responsible for ensuring that Sales offices and public spaces are well-maintained and meet cleanliness and landscaping standards. This role involves conducting inspections, assessing the quality of cleaning, and landscaping activities, identifying deficiencies, and working with maintenance teams to ensure corrective actions are taken. The inspector plays a crucial role in upholding the aesthetic and functional aspects of various environments of Sales Office.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection and Evaluation:
Conduct thorough inspections of office facilities, both indoor and outdoor spaces, to assess the quality of cleaning and landscaping activities.
Evaluate the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of spaces, as well as the condition of landscapes, gardens, and outdoor amenities.
Identify deviations from established cleaning and landscaping standards and regulations
Document inspection findings using detailed reports, photographs, and notes.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and follow-up actions taken by appointed maintenance contractors and employer.
Communication:
Communicate inspection findings to FM department head, FM managers, and maintenance personnel.
Provide clear feedback and recommendations for improvement based on identified deficiencies.
