- Working experience as a welder in heavy industry for at least 8 years. Minimum qualification should be 1G, 2G and 3G with minimum SMAW, GTAW and GMAW processes. Should have basic knowledge in other welding processes such as SAW, FCAW and shall have thorough knowledge in all cladding processes.
- Should be able to read and understand English. Should be able to read - understand Engineering drawing, welding symbols and WPS. Guide all new welders and welders B & C. Pro-active, willing to learn from mistake, hardworking, able to work in shift under pressure. Should be able to guide and plan for welders in absence of charge hand.
